Don't worry about it. I guess it signed me up anyways because even though i got the error, i could still log in. shrug But i noticed something new lol. The Display Options search for offers isn't working for me. I even just tried selecting "all" and "all" and it showed up with no offers found, even though that option should've displayed all of them...

For now choose any state but enter the province and city in the city column. Ill have the scriptwrited fix that and allow CA.
