On NoCC, I have two and a half ref credits. Now, let's say each ref is 12 dollars.

Could my half a ref be 6 dollars? If so D if no D

i'm almost positive that you can't count that 1/2 credit. I tried to get a 1/2 credit worth of something on the DIY site, but he said he couldn't do it.

maybe u could do another 1/2 credit offer yourself )
