If you have a webcam, you can get free web video conferencing (there are several if you google it). That's the easiest way. Not everybody has to watch, but just providing the ability goes a long way.
Windows media encoder 9 also does live broadcasts, but you'd have to have the ability to host.
I bring it up simply because the videotape is just extra work and it doesn't really mean anything. If you trust him with the videotape, you should trust him without it. It's not that I distrust ygf, it's just about holding a fair and open raffle.
