DDOS

For those who dont know what DDOS is its a Denial Of Service Attack. Tiphareth! is causing this since I caught him frauding. So he is sending millions of IP's to my sites and bringing them down. Im getting his ISP to suspend his account. He will have legal action agaisnt him. I will work on getting the sites back soon. NO DATA WILL BE LOST.

As you can tell, small immature attacks against a well established company will not effect us. Except a few more hours of downtime, but we are currently switching to a completely dedicated server that will withstand even the hardest of hits! EDIT I just asked my dad(FBI) what would happen to him and he said if he was a minor like 15 or under his parents would get fucked, but if he's 16 or over they might just take him as an adult if he already isn't 18. He also said he dealt with a case about DDOSs 2 years ago, 23 year old went to jail for 20 years, 3 times, 3 different DDOSs. This is serious stuff, not some little thing like hacking an account to AIM or something.

I know one of the defendants in that case(not the kid) and theirs was much more extreme. There is alot more to that story then what's printed. The sports site didn't mean jack, the other sites that were also on that network were the problem. You never know who your affecting when you go after a little site.

Also "DIABLO", No way some guy got 20 years for attacking a website man. There has to be more to it. Just like all the cases where they show spammers getting 10 years for spamming, the true story is what they are spamming. Of course the media focuses on the spamming because the new laws. Makes a better story.
