Also we will be getting that new script you all have been hearing about very soon, probably sunday. The sites will have a new makeover too also, along with new features.

You planning on using a pre-written portal script like the one that myeasyscripts.com sells or do you have a custom one in the works? Wordpress works great, if you have the knowledge to customize it quite a bit it could work perfectly.
I actually have a template somewhere for Wordpress that works really well and even me, with litttle CSS/HTML knowledge made it look like a decent portal.
