Yeah, not high enough offer to payout ratio. There is a built in profit margin, and with the breakage of referrals, you can't have a built in profit margin.

Less refs I suppose. Maybe if you can establish business accounts with suppliers, and wheel and deal, you can pull that off.

I've never seen this before, but I'd like to see a referral-DIY style. Refs can do how ever many offers they want and it counts as credit towards the referrer.
For example, if I refer my friend and he does 5 offers, I get $200. The offers he does don't give him any extra benefits. Then I can get 2 more friends to do 5 offers each, and I can get $600 total.

jump on the energy drink bandwagon, as a diy site though, offers worth x amount of cans. You buy like 100 of whatever brands and then ship to order.

There's another flaw.
If you get an odd number of cans/points. It's easier to just offer a 12 pack or 24 pack of someting as opposed to having to figure out what the shipping may be on 19 cans or where you could even get 19 cans from.

The closetful of inventory allows you to ship as many cans as you want, but sending them in 12/24 packs is a lot easier. Just a thought.

I already do all your sites, but I would probably pursue more Referrals if the Payout was higher.
Also, I agree with everyone else, more offers definitely needed.

More offers and maybe a better payout, you still have a 30GB iPod for 8 refferals. Most 'grade A' sites have it at 5 or 6. No need to improve support though. )

We are adding new offers an getting a new script by the end of this month.
We can do 50/ref when we get bigger.

$50/ref would be GREAT, though don't sweat it if you can't match up to the "Freepay/Trainn standard". Freebie site networks are doing fine at the $40/ref payout, just as long as you don't drop to to $30/ref.
I'd like to see the option to complete multiple offers to get more credit as an option =D

Although I haven't completed any of your sites yet(running out of offers for trades =S), here is my input
-Support is GREAT, I know I've talked to you a few times on AIM and you've always helped me out.
-People are saying $50/ref... $40/ref is great for the time being, considering most freebie sites now are declining more and more from there. 123stuff is a very popular site but they are only like $35/ref =S Just don't go any further down from $40/ref and go up when you are able to do so comfortably.
-DIY site - if you make a DIY site, don't make a points one, make a more traditional one, like 3 offers page 1 3 offers page 2 and 3 offers page 3(OOD) for like $500 or something.
-ALso, someone else mentioned this, and I too would like to see it - how about getting 1 extra ref instead of having to do an offer?
