On Hold

I have 2 free4 me accounts using the same email address.While creating my account there,I let the autofill ,fill in all my information.It filled out everything except my last name (just put the inital in)..for that reason my account is on hold. Is there any chance that my account can be off hold .I did everything legetimately.

strange.. isn't that against TOS? I suggest you ask over on a4f though

what I meant was 2 sites of free4 ne qith the same logi email which is not against the TOS,,,,it just means that I am on hold n 2 free4me sites

You did break the tos by not entering in your full contact....if your rude to him at all...you have no chance getting off hold, if you email him politley he should be able to help you )

you may be out of luck. He did put someone on hold for putting false phone number.
