I had a person sign up for me and he said he did an offer and it greened but he is nowhere to be found on my page. Is this possible if he did go green or did he mess something up? He swears he clicked my link to sign up. Would appreciate any help.

Same thing happened to a person I traded with.

He clicked my referal link, confirmed that he was refered by my me, and then completed an offer. After about a day of him not showing up as a referal of mine, he sent a support ticket. Around a day or two later he got a response from4me, and, according to them, he signed up as a referal for an email both of us never seen.

I was the one trading with ChuckDHead. I posted a thread about this issue[=http//forum.freeipodguide.com/viewtopic.php?t=43711]a thread about this issue too but I'm going to combine the threads to make things easier. I'm also going to PM Free4Me Peter[=http//forum.freeipodguide.com/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=2839]Free4Me Peter to see if he can help us out or give us some more information.

In the support ticket, free4me stated that my referral could not be changed. I submitted another support ticket asking them to confirm if the referral id matches the email address they claim I signed up under. If so, then there is a definite glitch on their part.

For the record, I confirmed the id and the email address upon registration.

[b5deb3fe19c]EDIT[/b5deb3fe19c] Free4me confirmed that the referral ID I thought I was signing up under is connected to the correct email address of the person I thought I was signing up under. They confirmed the email address that I am actually signed up under is connected to a different referral ID. The two referral IDs are not even remotely similar. There is no way I used the incorrect referral ID.

ohiorudy or anyone else this has happened to have you submitted a support ticket and, if so, what was the response?

bump

This thread has been posted here for a couple of weeks and I've sent Peter two un-read PMs so maybe he'll see this and jump in.

okay, so two support tickets and two unread PMs to Peter and still no information or help with this issue. why do I get the feeling Peter is avoiding this discussion?

You don't have to go to every thread that has to do with free4me and whine about getting DQ'ed

The best thing to do is send Peter an email= email=peter@free4me.netpeter@free4me.net email=peter@free4me.netpeter@free4me.net/email - well I think that is his email=. email=support@free4me.netsupport@free4me.net. email=support@free4me.netsupport@free4me.net/email is one too. They also have forums set up. http//forums.free4me.net/index.php

I think its email==peterk@free4me.netpeterk@free4me.net=peterk@free4me.netpeterk@free4me.net/email or email==peterk@something.somepeterk@something.some=peterk@something.somepeterk@something.some/emailthing.

Which is why YOU confirm that he/she signed up under you BEFORE he/she completes an offer.
