First of all, don't shout. ALL CAPS = SHOUTING!

Second, shipping across international borders can be a major hassle, especially with more valuable items. Customs fees can be enormous. They may have simply set a cutoff of $200-$300 for international shipping, hence why you got the LCD but not the laptop.

If that's their policy, then I'm pretty confident you won't talk them out of it, and there is nothing anybody here can do for you. Take the PayPal and buy yourself a Mini in Canada.

And in the future, check the TOS of each site before completing it -- don't assume because one site from a network does things one way, that all their sites will be the same. Other networks, like Freepay, often have different rules for different sites where international participation is concerned.

It's clearly stated on their FAQ page, and it seems like youre lucky for getting 1 gift in the first place. It isn't like they're ripping you off with a paypal payment anyway..
