if you read around or what not you can tell who you can trust or if you have a buyer you can post their name and people who have been here awhile can tell you if their trustworthy. Look at someones join date and TR levels to get a idea

No the phone is not tied to any Carrier (unlocked )
so any GMS Carrier with a sim card can use this phone.

It makes no difference as I said it on Ebay now ,I was just trying another market because I happen to see this section on this site ,I did not realize
it would cause such an Negative response .

Where are the negative responses?

All we are doing is instructing you how to properly list your item so that you can have better luck selling it here. There are obviously people here who are interested.

Sell the phone through ebay and link to it here. Likely, paypal with place a hold on the funds untill the buyer leaves positive feedback, 21 days has passed, or the seller provides proof that the item was delivered (e.g. tracking number)

the only way you can get a brand new in box unlocked officially by APPLE is to get purchase it from APPLE IN HONG KONG!

and its about $150 on top of the retail price in US
