AMD Opteron 165 Denmark 1.8GHz Socket 939 110W Dual-Core Processor

Foxconn 6150BK8MC-KRSH / C51PVM06N2-6KRSH 939 NVIDIA GeForce 6150B(PV) Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

I bought the process for 99.99 and the mobo for 59.99 on 6/22/2007

Both work perfectly together, no issues.

I just bought some new parts to upgrade my computer so I have no need for this processor or mobo, hell even my ram, I have 1 gig of DDR ram, it's pretty good I believe

Won't be worth a whole lot on today's market, but would make a good web surfing machine, NAS, firewall, etc. for somebody. I tend to collect parts like this and help family, friends, or other needy folks with PC builds/upgrades. If you don't get any bites I'll make you a small offer.

dmorris, what were you going to offer? I'm just curious as I sold the stuff on CL last night

I wouldn't have offered more than $50 for the lot, maybe not even that.

Hehe, sold it for 100 bux but I threw in some other random parts like a old agp card and some more ram

my new upgrade that I just built now cost me practically nothing

Well, it's worth whatever somebody will pay for it -- if someone will pay $100, then it's worth it (to them). But I could buy new parts in that neighborhood, so for me, it was worth no more than $50. ;)
