This sale is for a Very Lightly Used Black MacBook. This was bought on 1/1/08 (January 1st, 2008) from BestBuy in Novi, Michigan, I have all the orginal receipts.

The Apple warranty is good until 1/1/2009 (January 1st, 2009).

This MacBook is in PERFECT condition, it has no signs of wear what so ever.

It has a 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 2GBs of RAM installed, a 160GB HD.

I am giving a free Incase Nylon Sleeve (Orange, Never Used, Worth $50, and a free iSkin ProTouch KeyBoard Protector (Clear, Worth $25, Used but Like New, http//www.iskin.com/protouch_mbook_overview.html?cart=1208652878802527

I have safley swiped the hard driver (Destructive Resotre) and I will Pre-Load Microsoft Office 2004, if you would like it, but I will not be able to provide the disc for it, becasue it is my copy of the software for my Desktop Mac.

you realize if you pull it from eBay to sell it here that you're going to get negative feedback, right? Also insurance is the shipper's/seller's responsibility, not the other way around. You're contracting with the buyer to deliver the product as advertised; if it shows up 'significantly not as described' because you mispacked it, or it was lost or stolen, then you're on the hook to provide one in the same condition as you sold it, or refund the money.

You can pull stuff from ebay anytime before the auction is w/in the last 12 hours for any reason really. You can just say the item is no longer available for sale. That's what I did w/ my Alienware when I sold it on craigslist.
