Because he's not a gamer? And/or it's not for a gaming machine?
I have a 6200 in my HTPC (well, former HTPC, it's being repurposed atm) that I bought years ago because it has component outputs. It's a great little card for that sort of thing.

Dmo is correct I bought this to keep around as a backup for my HTPC.
