No Country For Old Men $10 off Blu-Ray

I bought the regular dvd version today and it came with a $10 off manufacturer's coupon for the blu-ray version. This is useless for me because I don't have a BR player or PS3. It expires 4/30/08 if you want it pm your address.
I AM NOT SELLING THE COUPON, I AM GIVING IT AWAY.

that's strange of them to offer a coupon for the movie you just bought.
Of course it's also strange that that movie is on DVD and still in the theaters. How's that work?

Still in theaters where? It's been out of theaters for awhile around here, unless you count the $1 theaters that show months-old movies.
That said, time between boxoffice and DVD has shortened tremendously in the last several years. It used to be 6-12 months. Now it's just a few months typically.
NCFOM is a movie I definitely want to own, I thought it was great. But I have no BR player/PS3 yet. Planning to get a PS3 soon, though.

Really? We went to the movies last weekend (saw Vantage Point), and before we left I printed off Google's list of area movies (all theaters), as I normally do when I expect we'll stop off to catch a flick. I don't recall it still being listed for any of them. shrug
That would have to be record then -- one week from theater to DVD? shock

A record meaning that it happened really quickly, not that Netflix was sending pirated movies..

Yeah, [b3914af5fd3]a[/b3914af5fd3] record was what I was referring to. Not a recorded DVD. I think it safe to assume Netflix would never do such a thing. )

Its an amazing movie. dmorris, if you think you are going to get a br or ps3 within the next month you can still make use of it.

I am planning on buying a ps3 real soon, is your coupon for instant rebate or the mail in one that I got?
I can get the flick off amazon for 23.95, with your coupon bring it to about 14 bucks... not to bad
