It's been open, but it hasn't been used. I'm unsure right now if there's a memory card or not. Someone got it for my dad and he doesn't use it, but they opened it up for him when he was in the hospital to charge it and set it up. Other than that, no game has ever been inserted into it. I already have my own PSP, so I don't need it, and he doesn't like playing video games, so he's for sure not going to use it. Comes with the box and the cushioned case thing that it comes with, as well as everything else that came in the box. There are also some opened games and some unopened games. I can get that list of them later.
