Because some companies dont accept new publishers,I have a incentive site but dont have some good affiliate companies account,so I want buy a incentive site have revenueuniverse.com or instantdollarz.

Also, if you bought a website...you'd have to change all the information to match your name...so it wouldn't quite work out for you either way.
