Yeah it's the premium one, the one that used to be $400 but is now $350.
Yes it comes with everything in the premium package Wireless controller, mic, 20GB hard drive, and the HD cables.

So the difference between that one and the elite is??? The color? The harddrive space? Is the harddrive necessary for an xbox360? im just plannin on downloading demos and saving games. Its like tivo, isnt it?

Umm...I'm not too sure, I don't download the demos.
I'd say ask someone else about that.

Also, three main diff's between the elite and premium is color, hd is 120 instead of the regular 20gb. Final thing is that the ELITE has an HDMI port. The premium does not, however it DOES support HD with it's component (RGB) cables that come with the system.
The elite comes with the HDMI cable.

I personally have a premium for almost two years now. I use components and it looks very nice on my plasma...For sound I use optical out.
Sound comes out nice too...

If you have an HDMI port on your TV already, it might be in your interest IF you have the extra cash, to spend $450 on the elite...but it's your call.
It's really dependant upon how anal you are about picture.

Talk to Dmorris about it, he's the electronics guru, and then compare the opportunity costs.

I got my 360 free freepay about a year ago and I just got regular av cables and componet (the red, blue, and green ones).

I do believe that they come with the elite though cause there is a reason for the $100 price raise (besides the bigger HD).

Guys, ELITE comes with HDMI port and HDMI CABLES. ($450 version)

PREMIUM comes with REGULAR port and COMPONENT cables. However this IS CONSIDERED HD ...($350 version)
The component cables are HD...they are the red,green, and blue for VIDEO only.

HDMI is a different (new) type of cable...

looks like theres a lot of confusion goin on here.

the OLD premium's had component cables, but now the NEW premiums have HDMI (search for xbox 360 on amazon and you'll see what i mean)

that means, the main difference between premium and elite is harddrive size.

i'm not sure which one meijers is selling
