Don't buy from FYE. Your order will most likely be canceled due to backorders. I have ordered from them once before and it was for King of Queens DVDs when they had B1G1 free. They sent an email showing it shipped, yet the tracking number just said that the USPS was electronically notified about the package. I waited and waited and waited, nothing. Three weeks went by and still no update on the tracker, so I emailed support asking what happened. No reply at all from them. A few weeks later I decided to file a dispute on the charge since I didn't get anything. Amazingly, a few days later my package arrived and the support team emailed me back saying " we show your package as delivered" I emailed them back and told them if I could spit in their face I would.

This was December/January and I still haven't been charged for the dvds D

Also, this wasn't an isolated incident. They have done this same thing to many people and they continue to do it along with canceling peoples orders all the time.

Never had a problem with them before. I wonder if it's local too? We had a FYE here in my mall. Hope that crap doesn't happen to me cry
