As some of you have seen in the past I use the service obopay, it's a new payment service like paypal, that gives u a free 5 dollar debit card just for signing up, all you need is an email address and phone and you have an account and 5 dollars free, on top of that if you sign up under me I will send you another 2 dollars to your account, so you get a 7 dollar debit card free to use on a few offers. And when you run out of funds on your obopay card, you can simply visit there website and use your banking information to add more to the card.
