I was excited about joost, but I ended up disappointed.

Wasn't as cool as I thought it would be, and when I installed it said it might not work right with my set up and vista. And It's all screwed up all the time and I constantly have to close Joost and then reopen it.

I've been a member for awhile now. When I first got it, it sucked -- content was extremely lacking, and stability was crap. It's gotten better, both content and stability-wise, but it still has a way to go yet. Streams still drop mid-show. They have more content, but most of it is pretty eclectic or esoteric or down right cheesy -- and not very entertaining. Still, when it does work the quality is very good, so if the content improves to include more mainstream fare and they get the bugs worked out, it'll be a promising technology.

And yeah, I think all members have 999 invites now, so I don't really see much of a market for selling invites (and it might even be against TOS, although I haven't checked). However I remind the rest of you that people have a right to offer them for sale if they want, regardless of the realities of the market. As long as he's posting an eBay link and not selling directly through FiPG (since it isn't a tangible item), he's okay. Therefore, don't threadcrap. ;)

Understood, but a better idea would be to create your own topic and offer them for free. ;)

My joost won't finish starting up on my mac (

so mine freezes right here every time i try to open it, any tips?

Same thing happens to me, not sure what to do

go back to joost.com and redownload the beta

install it again and it "should" clear up the problem

Yeah when I turn mine into the smaller window it just disappears and wont' open back up until exit joost completly using the try icon and then restart it.

got it working, i like it a lot, it has Stella on it!! Stella Rocks!
