- The computer I have is a Dell Dimension E510 Desktop. It comes with a LCD Monitor. Also has a CD/DVD Burner installed in it. 80GB Hard Drive. Pentium 4.3 GHz, 1 GB RAM, Microsoft XP. I will Format the C Drive before sending it. Will add pictures later! If you need any other specs feel free to ask. I am looking for around $600 OBO shipped, bought it in August so it is fairly new. Only used at school. Also has a wireless card installed.
