Meritline is offering a 1GB Kingston MicroSD Memory Card (w/ SD adapter) for about $10 with free shipping. With tax I got mine for about 10.77, they accept PayPal and major credit cards. So if you get like three of them your total is over $30 and if you pay for it with PayPal their $15 off $30 promotion will refund you $15 at the end of March or April (I forget which month) so you'll end up paying $5 each!

Alternatively, Meritline also has the PQI 1GB 60x (full size) SD card for $9.99. So unless you require the MicroSD formfactor for a phone or something, this is actually a better deal as that Kingston MicroSD is almost certainly slower than 60x.

Is the PQI a decent brand? My GF just got a digital camera as her first freebie and I told her I'd find her a new memory card - $10 and 1GB certainly fits the price and specs I had in mind.

Make sure the kingston 1 gig microSD is made in Japan because if it is made in Taiwan it is slower.

I ordered the same thing from newegg for 9.99 also, but shipping wasn't free, it was supposed to be $5.00! But I got a bunch of other shit too, so the shipping was only like 1.29 for it.
No tax from newegg either though.
