I have Verizon Wireless and this works great. Technically, if you don't have a text/pic message plan it will cost you .25 for each message.
But it's great because you can upload an .mp3url==http://=http:///url and choose when to start your ringtone and then also how long it will run (up to 40 secs.)
I really don't see it advertised so I thought I share it with you www.mobile17.com[]www.mobile17.com.

Your phone has to be able to set audio clips as a ring tone for it to work. mine doesn't (

They conveniently let you know based on your phone model what will work. There are a few methods to retrieve the song.

mobile17 has been out for quite some time. Great service, but doesn't work very well on new phones.

mixxer.com, the locker feature is free for uploading content, buy if you download from their site (premium content) you have to pay. I use the locker to upload my own MP3 files and JPGs (I have a crappy old phone, lol)
