You have any actual pictures of the broken PSP? Also, why doesn't it have a battery?

Whats up bro. Since you didn't include any pictures about the auction, mention that it's "sold as is". Before I place my bids I'm gonna need to know if you can at least boot a umd. If a game boots just fine then I'll throw down a bid. Try taking a video or something while your at it. Due to your low ebay rating I would suggest include a small video, pics, and a better explanation. It may be a simple fix. But I only know a few methods at repairing a psp. Get back to me bro.

I wish I could answer all your questions. It's my friends auction, I know it doesnt come with a battery because my friend wants to keep it our something roll Im not sure about it reading anything whatsoever. It has a broken screen and most likely some other problems. Ask the seller the questions.
