I'm selling my 26" Dell HDTV

I'm fed up with Dell altogether. The item I'm selling will be brand new and never used. I [b918b938cfa]will[/b918b938cfa] test out the item to ensure that it works.

What it will come with

-The cables
-Owner manual(s)
-Remote
-TV
-and any thing else that came with it.

that's the TV. I won't accept any lower than $400 for it.

Isn't this the one you got free? Has it crapped out and they're sending you a replacement? What happened to the old one?

I'm sending back the old one.

I'll be honest with you guys. This is my 4th TV from Dell, 3 replacements. (this is the 3rd). The power supply cut out on 2 of them, the first one had major ghosting problems.

I don't know why this problem is, my piano teacher has the exact same TV and it's still working fine for her.

The TV will come with NO warranty, however, I will provide you with the most recent case # for this TV and date it was last replaced, etc etc etc.

I just need something that will be reliable. If you're going to use it as a TV you'll be OK. I turned this thing on and off at least 5 times a day. maybe more.

Sounds like a problem my sister had. Her laptop kept dieing. It's because the wall socket was messed up. The whole house was sending too much electricity and nothing stopped it so it burnt out certain items.

[quote42f8a9f529]Lemon Laws are United States state laws that remedies to consumers for automobiles that repeatedly fail to meet certain standards of quality and performance. These vehicles are called lemons. The federal lemon law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects citizens of all states.[/quote42f8a9f529]

[quote42f8a9f529][b42f8a9f529]In California, "Lemon Laws" cover anything mechanical, including a toaster, as does the federal lemon law. does that include products out of warranty?

also... the Lemon Law seems more applicable to automobiles rather than TVs.

Read the paragraph in bold, in your state it applies to any form of electronic (example, toaster)... Not sure if it's applicable to out of warranty merchandise.

Wow.. you've had a ton of trouble with Dell huh? My 32'' W3201c works perfectly and I couldn't be happier (unless of course it were 40+ inches).

well i'm glad to hear that your model is working Akademikz. The W3201c is what they sent me. How long have you had it?

also, is the mounting kit included? I got a whole grip of things with it that I assume is a mounting kit but i'm not sure.
