I've heard from lots of people that this is a pretty crappy mouse. If it weren't for the Mail-in-rebate gig, i'd go for it because a one penny mouse is nothing to complain about. Then again, I already have an MX510 (XP), G5 (Vista), and G7 (Gaming) plugged into my comp so I'm not sure where this will come into handy... Christmas gift?

Give me Logitech any day of the week. Wireless too, I'll never own another wired mouse. The G7 is the best mouse I've ever used, and that includes for gaming.
Edit Sorry, that came across as a thread-crap. Not intended that way. Just chiming in with my opinion of this mouse. Carry on. ;)

aww it's sold out. btw I love logitech stuff. I have the G15 keyboard and G5 mouse(should have gotten the G7 though...)
