Faulty products I think?

How can the prodcut have a defect if it is in the box and second I am trying to use all my prepaid mintues on the sidekick before selling it I love the cellphone but it is taking up too much of my life.

Lmao meaning the camera died the battery died I don't charge it during the day only at night
