For me "job lot" has sort of an implied meaning since I have a store/chain called Job Lot in the Northeast. They're small, but sell pretty much a little of everything, from food to hardware to electronics (really cheap/cheesy ones).

I had to look it up, it means a bunch of small (cheap) stuff sold together.

I first thought he was trying to say Jobs (as in Steve) since he capitalized it.

yeah it's a UK phrase - someone used it to describe where they found something that's for sale, and I was trying to understand the colloquial meaning.
