I think its dead. I mustve tried about 200 times and never went through. I did manage to put my name and address, but when I click submit, it wouldnt go through. oh well.

Keep trying. If it doesn't give you a file not found error (404) or something similar, it's probably alive. I had to submit twice to get it to work kidd, try it again. I got the success message on my second try.
No CC is needed.

Funny, the page still works for me. shrug Are you saying it says the deal is over once you fill in all your info?
"The connection was reset" is not a 404 error. In any case, no need to start getting nasty, too much of that going around.

As you know by now, it wasn't my cache since it took me a litle while to get it to work again too.
If it gives you that error, try again. It gave me that first time too.
By now though, I don't know if it still works.

they will try to convince you to renew by telling you your subscription is almost up 52 times, but if you just ignore them they will stop sending you issues.
