You should change the title to $45.98 shipped. I don't think you can stack the free shipping and $5 off though.
I like this store, last week I ordered the James Dean and Steve Mcqueen box sets for about $16 each. They are about $130 together on Amazon.

How so? There's only 1 coupon input field before you submit your CC info. I just ordered and applied the $5 coupon, then thought maybe if I edited my cart and added the free shipping code, they would stack. But they didn't, the last one entered is the only one that counted.
Still, $45.98 shipped is a good deal. +KMA ;)
