Do you realize no one will probably do that? There's a $5 loading fee for ePassporte, and there's a fee for sending ePassporte, or if you're creating a gift account, it's another $5 fee.

there isnt a fee if the person already has ab account with epass;...i would simply be transferring funds similar to paypal....anyhow this thread can be locked. business is done
