yes it will automatically take it off. Turns out the monitor costs $399 and 30% off makes it $299 after tax. So 299-100MIR-30MIR = $169 after tax for me. I got the last one (a floor model) at my store! $169 is still a hell of a deal if you ask me
edit I have it all set up now and this thing is nice! It has a bunch of inputs and it has a great picture. I have my PC hooked up using the DVI cable it came with and my xbox 360 hooked up to the VGA port. So all I have to do is hit 'source' and it will switch from my PC to my xbox 360! It even has speakers.

I called like 10 Office Depots and they all said that they don't have any in stock and none in their area do either. (
I can't find it on Office Depots site. ?

yea it doesn't show up on the site for some reason. I ended up calling my local OD right when they opened and they were out, I asked them to look it up and they said the closes one was at a store 25 mins away from my house and it was the display model. I called up that store and asked them to hold it. I drove down there and bought it!
The funny thing was that while I was checking out, the lady answered a phone call and it was someone asking if they had any of the monitor left. She said she was just selling the display model right now. )
