Ok, let's try this another way.
I'm looking for a good site designer that is efficient in html and graphics for pretty basic projects.
I have a few projects I need done and would prefer someone knowlegable with freesites. Also prefer someone with enough time to get them done in a decent amount of time.

Try www.oswd.org and customize one yourself shrug although that wouldn't be the way I'd go.
