Go to ebay and search for staples coupon $3
Buy in increments of 10 or more, typically 10 of them are around 7-9$
Go to staples and sign up for their rewards program, so that you can get free shipping on every order.
Buy any supplies you want, though the limit is 3 coupons per order (3x$3=$9). Though if you were to use all the coupons you'd get a decent saving )
Get a $9 item for around $3 D

Used to be 10 codes, they changed it though.
Now if you were smart you can take these coupons to office depot and use them after they've been used on staples.com (since you keep the actual coupon) D
