My computer half the parts are new the case CPU, keyboard/mouse, DVD drive, and HD have been lightly used for a year. I'm not dead set on selling it but would like to get a laptop. I don't know how much it is worth really, make me a reasonable offer and I will siriusly consider selling it.

Without the LCD, its worth about $700 tops. And even that might be stretching it. Depending on the model of the LCD, you can get a few hundred for it probobly (if its not used).
Even then, you would have enough for a descent laptop.
