If he sends you a gift account, it will cost him $5 at a minimum amount of $10 loaded on it. So I'm pretty sure he'll charge you the $5 to send it to you.. unless he's especially nice wink

I may indeed just waive the $5 load fee but I don't actually have any ePassporte at the moment. Hopefully by Monday at the latest I will.
I can create a gift account for you but it will have to be at the very least $10. I'll waive the $5 load fee for anything $50 and up.
