Yeah, I'm not sure whether or not to trust him... he says he is going to mail me a money order tomorrow and would rather not use PayPal... who doesn't use PayPal?! I told him to subtract $2 from the total to pay for a tracking number to be given to me so I know whether or not I can trust he has sent it... We'll see. Tomorrow, if I don't hear from him (and another buyer who was interested in buying my iBook if things fell through with this guy), I'm relisting it for a little less in hopes of it getting close to $699...

Hmm... I really appreciate the offer. I will definitely keep it in mind... considering listing it on eBay, I will have to pay a little over $20 for listing and final value fees... even though I'll be selling it for less, I'd also be saving a little selling outside eBay and could skip the several day auction and uncomfortable anticipation of awaiting bids... I'll keep you posted.

By the way, the seller just emailed me and said he'd be sending a money order tomorrow WITH a tracking number, so I think it's safe to say, if I don't receive any word (or tracking number for that matter) from him tomorrow, he's bull shitting me. Thanks again for your interest.

Yeah... he backed out. I think he was only trying to get my checking account number to directly transfer the money to my account... though he didn't ask. He was just trying to "manipulate" me into offering... cocksucking Brazilians... So, I'm gonna fuck with'em. I've sent an email asking if he would like my checking account number and such... I'm gonna give him the run around... well, it's back up for $599 this time. Damnit, I want a Macbook....

I don't know of ANY place that sells Apple notebooks here in Lynchburg, VA... besides, it's open. I'm not sure I could get store credit on an iBook WITHOUT a receipt even if I had a retailer selling it...
