If you are going to sell it over then net, you shouldn't mention it is loaded with music or stuff. Just my opinion for legal issues.

if you decide to sell it on ebay make sure that you clear off the music because selling sumthing with music on it is still selling music that you dont have the right to sell and you could be sued by the record label that produced the music but if you sell it here i wouldnt worry about it.

^ i've seen ipods with stuff on them still on ebay before. there is the possibility the IRAA will get pissed (what's new), but i doubt you will get in too much trouble.

I agree i have also seen ipods sell with music on them my friend even bought one awhile back but they are starting to crack down on it now. i found an article that says that ebay has been pulling thoes listing off and if you check ebay there arent too many that have music already on them.

Heres the article http//www.wusatv9.com/consumer/consumer_article.aspx?storyid=47817[]http//www.wusatv9.com/consumer/consumer_article.aspx?storyid=47817

thats an interesting issue. You have the right to resell a CD to someone for whatever price you wish right? So why shouldn't you be able to resell music that you have purchased online.

About your PSP A 1.50 is really rare these days. You'd get over the asking price for a regular Value Pack if included everything, more with those games.

They're up to 2.70 now, it supports flash playback and DOWNLOADING the music from the RSS feeds to your memory stick, so I'd say 2.70 is well worth it. Plus they''ve got downloadable game demos straight from Sony now, which means they limightli be able to hack the 2.70 firmware for homebrew. But at this point, I could care less about homebrew. There's a plethora of good PSP games that were just released Spilnter Cell Essentials, Me & My Katamari, Daxter, the new Syphon Filter, Samurai Legends, etc.

good thing is most games (even those that require a higher firmware) have been hacked to play on 1.50 ;)
