I have tried some GNC whey protein, and it tasted like crap. I could barely get it down it was so bad. Expense doesn't really matter that much cause this is FREE!

Never tried it, but my serious body builder friend loves it. He is on a 400g protein diet, no carbs except for 2 apples a day. Intense.

i got it though it does taste good the expense is quite large and if u want good non lactose protein u have to go for gf pro by ergopharm anyways

The only difference between Isopure, and say, ON Gold 100% Whey, is that Isopure is lactose-free, while ON is not. If anyone has any questions about supplements, IM me. I have been into bodybuilding for 5 years and know a lot about supplements and weightlifting.

anyways ON and GFPRO are definately a better buy if u think that this tasted disgusting dont get into bodybuilding u dont do it for the taste u do it for the results. )
