**New PSP In Box**

Hey guys,

Selling a brand new unopened PSP - I don't know what firmware version it has on it but the model number on the box is PSP-1001K / 98500

Im asking for $220 + $13 dollar UPS Ground shipping.

I know your all going to say eBay.. but it doesn't make sense to sell it on eBay because of there gosh darn fees.

I'm not sure this is the best deal. Considering they are planning to reduce the price of the PSP to $199 very soon. Thanks anyway.

I already see it on sale for $199..... BUT , you need to add the memory stick for $20 more ....... so , roughly $220

(And with the new packages, you aren't going to find any more 2.00 or below firmware versions wink )

Yeah, actually I was going to repost, that it is for sale for $199 in some places. I hear it is a 2.61 FW though, so that means no homebrew...at all...for now.

The $199 PSP is a basic unit, like the Xbox360 core unit. No memory card, no case, no headphones.

I hardly think that a 32 MB MS Pro Duo, headphones, and crappy case that you'll never use, is worth $59 (retail).

Not to mention, they will be re-releasing it with 4GB of NAND memory soon.

How about $200 + $13 ground shipping?

Again, they are still saving money by getting the core system at Target or Wal-Mart. Plus, what is the FW or at least give us the number from the box so we can figure it out.

How is that thread crapping? It was a very legitimate post that directly effected the other users of this forum. It just isn't that good of a deal, when I can go over to Target and pick myself up new PSP (core) for $199. The only downfall of going to Target is that you'll probably get a FW 2.61, but it doesn't matter that much, considering we don't know the FW of this one, and some people might not care either way.

Yes, the NAND memory is a rumor, but it's based on very good sources, the fact that Sony has secured stock in 4GB NAND units is very promising, but yeah, it could be for the PSP 2 (rumor) also.

Oh yeah, even though I like what your doing with warning other plp about the price, it is thread crapping because your ruining his sale, if someone was really smart and wanted the best deal, they would look into that situation themselves and figure it out shrug .....But assuming that everyone on this board is a deal junkie (why else would they be on a freebie site) then it's probably not new news....

But yea you might want to lower the price (or include a gig memory stick) (also I know that you mentioned the whole ebay thing, but it's actually a really good way to go if you want a descent price for your PSP)
