i got it in august of 2005. its condition isnt horrible, but it isnt brand new either. it has the normal scratches of usage, and a slight bumb in the middle of the back (won't be seen with a cover). the bumb was from a previous ipod cover (the plastic ones) where the belt clip dug into the ipod. not noticeable, but i thought i should be honest.

im not looking for a trade... sorry.
