I did PC, Windows XP, and Internet Explorer, which is the truth, and they said Im not eligible because my computer wont accept it.....?

I guess that none of us are going to get the memory card? (Unless of course you received the email)
I never got one and I also never got the 25 free prints credited to my shutterfly account....
