Not bad thats about what I spent on my custom job a little over a year ago. Mine has the same specs better graphics so I don't know I think that you could do better. Plus its ugly.

speaking of building your own computer....do u know how much a motherboard+CPU would cost???? Any site u know that sells them cheap?? Looking for a Intel P4 around 3 GHz with HT.

Together they could cost between $150 and over $1000 depending on what you want. www.newegg.com is probably the best (and cheapest) place to buy.

Wow..they're pretty expensive for the CPU alone. I was looking for the combo, not really sure if I can upgrade my Dell's CPU with the orignal motherboard.

i found tigerdirect.com has some pretty decent prices, and there's always ebay.....my sisters boyfriend built a computer about 3 years ago, and it finally blew up a few months ago after never being turned off......oh well, at least I got a new laptop out of it

Muahaha I GOT IN! w00t, I was going to post this too but when I tried to buy a second one it didn't work doh... You can sell these things easy for 600-800 dollars.

I got a Gateway that has been running for over 4 years, so I think they're okay. Got a chuckle out of that comment though. D
