I think domains should be the exception. They can't really be faked like gift certificates and they are bought and sold with great frequency.
It's important to remember that policies aren't arbitrary.

Yeah, I agree. I guess the DLF incident made us take REALLY cautionary measures. It's kinda like 9/11. Half of the things you have to go through at the airports aren't really necessary.
