how can i check when my contract will expire btw? i'm planning to renew mines as well.

not sure abotu contract expiration since it won't let me check either but i just got a letter about renewing for 26.95 a month so i'm guessing my year is almost up. and you can call them to have your bill/contract re-rated. if the customer service person refuses to budge, just say you're considering switching to comcast or roadrunner or earthlink and they'll give you a great deal 99% of the time )
