I'll buy it if you will allow a MOD to be the middle man. Is there a way to check how much is on the gift cert without having to redeem it? Also, are you willing to accept half.com gift certs? =]

Scammer. Called K-Swiss after I tried to use the gift certificates I purchased from him. Turns out this guy has used THREE STOLEN CREDIT CARDS TO PURCHASE THESE GIFT CERTIFICATES!!! The gift certificates are not valid, and the guy has actually done this to other people too.
[b21fa78b3c5]DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMER!!![/b21fa78b3c5]
In the mean time I'm going to fill out my PayPal claim.

Im starting to lean towards what admin said now. There have been a lot of scams or near scams in this sale forum, I have almost been a part of a couple of them. I thought the users on this board were honost and trustworthy but you just can't be sure.
It almost seem like the for sale forum attracts scammers as there is no liability.

I think it's this rule that is attracting them.
"We (the FreeiPodGuide administration) take NO RESPONSIBILITY for the actions of buyers or sellers on this board."

Well, at least they are banning the scammers... or trying to.

How or why would the FIPG administration take responsibility for the actions of buyers or sellers?

yeah they can't be responsible
it's our job to be smart enough to realize when something is or isnt a scam

damn i meant to post not to buy these giftcertificates, i saw on anything4free someone else bought them and turned out to be the same problem bought with stolen CC
http//www.anything4free.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=41779&hl=kswiss
so im gonna guess
Ricecake and Nesquick are the same people or close freinds cause both sold the exact same thing
i think the admin from here and the one from other forums sites should talk about scammers so they can ban them before they scam another place. it seems people get banned from one forum and jsut move on and scam another one.

While FIPG administrators don't take responsibility for sellers, I'm myself am not going to let this go any further. Send me a PM if you have any questions.
