if it doesnt, it cost $20 to Canada. $25 to US.
If you want overnight shipping it cost $45 to Canada and the US.

Its big up north too from what I gather. When I went to see my cousins in Buffalo, NY they where really big into Hockey. That is really close to the border though so it could just be Canadian influence across the border, no idea.
Postage is probally so high because Canada hashigh taxes because they have so many socialistic programs.
