I'll be getting an XBOX 360 premium edition from GiftFiesta next week (they told me it should arrive January 2nd or 3rd).

I got one for Christmas, so I don't need this one.

From my experience, Best Buy doesn't deal with you unless you have a receipt.

making money is a hastle? seriously, even after the first of the year you'll make at least $100 on it.

Well, eBay fees and especially PayPal fees would be killer (PayPal would be about $15 if it sold for ~$500).
