They usually credit with the whole group. Platinums together, gold together, silver together. So if you are missing one from a section, you will probably not be getting credit. Best to do one replacement, which credits overnight.
As far as time, 3 weeks to process is average the form once they have it (could be more or less), then the gifts usually ship within a month, but with Ideal, it's whenever they decide to do it.

They never say tracking, unless they changed it. It would always say pending.
If it does say tracking, they might have changed it to be similar to YFD. Pending after you clicked and then tracking meaning that it went through but it's just waiting for the time limit to come up so that it will credit.

They always post 10 different reasons why you could have DQed. I have no idea. I think he cancelled every offer though. If thats why they DQed him, thats bullshit. I am sure they still got paid for every single offer too. I told him to file a BBB complaint. I doubt it will do anything though.
Is there any other course of action we can take to get the money out of them? This kid is really poor and I feel bad for telling him about this because he put up $60 to do this.

I moved into my apartment about 3 months ago and I gave them my cell number because I don't have a house phone. Do you think this is why?
Also, we don't have a gas bill and the electric bill is under my girlfriends name, so I would assume that that wouldn't work. I do however have a charter communications tv/internet bill that has my name, address, and phone number on it. Do you think that this would work? Also, do you think faxing is quicker than mailing?

The point at which I completed 14 offers for an 8 offer gift (still with only 5 credits) has me really pissed off.
This is why I stopped doing Ideal.
I have Netflix, vista print, and Grant Every Day waiting now, but its been 24 hours with no credits.

I did all of my offers in two sittings, 3 for the including the last set.
I did 9 offers to start, only 4 credited. I did 4 replacements, 1 credited. They all track and then never credit.
What more can I do? Firefox, firewalls off, cookies on and cleared, leaving final pages up for 5+minutes.
If none were crediting in a sitting I'd understand, but its gotten ridiculous.
