Well, they removed that other 4 offer visa site about a month ago (not the "game room" one on YTB). So I figured I'd post this old link up before it's pulled. Enjoy.

Are you sure it's wise to post this publicly? And not just publicly but on ALL the popular freebie forums? It seems like brandarama started having all these delays and encountering all these problems once the 4 offer $1,000 VISA site was posted everywhere. Another one of those (like this) might REALLY hurt them.

wise? I'm assuming you buy into that whole "As a multi million dollar corporation we are bound by 1 vendor" visa exscuse. I've seen 4 good links get pulled in the last two months. Pardon me for having a sudden attack of generousity. I guess I shouldn't post links then hunh? roll

I'm just talking requirements here. $250+ per offer has to hurt ARG quite a bit, especially with a large number of people doing it. I was saying it seemed like they started to slow down once a large number of people started doing the $1,000 for 4 offer site. They went from being 4 months behind to 10 months+ behind on ALL gifts. Now this is basically same deal... 4 offers for $1,100.

I doubt they will start shipping this prize before the last ones, so the laptop might drop in price.

well when i was searching for this laptop all the places had discontinued it so im guessing they dont make it anymore... so either newer laptop or $$$ maybe, unless thats why it is 4 offers cuz they can get discontinued ones wayy cheaper

I just don't see why in 6 months they wouldn't send you a check for the comparable value of that laptop, which you can get for about 600 dunno

i think they send out the value of what is current at that time, but dont do it, itll mean i get my gift faster

Well after 12 hours all of my offers credited and I printed out the certs. I'll be sending that and the W9 in Saturday. How much will they claim this laptop to be?

Edit I just called and the was told the laptops worth is $559. You can also request a check instead of getting the laptop (Which I did).

You won't have to worry about it until April of 2010 when you're filing 2009 taxes.

It's not 600, no. But you still have to file taxes on any gift you receive, whether its worth 600 dollars or less. I called because I had a couple of questions, but I'm sure you can email the check request as well.

And also, $550 for 4 offers is not bad at all. It's not as great as the $500 3 offer sites they had, but shit for $140 an offer you'd have to be crazy to pass this up. As long as you don't mind a 10 month wait.
